Was about played out when I got home. Came by the springs and Dr. Braffet's and got some medicine. Paid 15c Toll, 35c Medicine. Clear and hot. Was going to work for Uncle Will but our folks thought I had best not and I had the head ache and felt like I was taking the few so I did not. I think it made him mad but I can't help it."
