!REFERENCE: 11-Dec-2018 obituary, "Juanita Wigington Cook, age 79, of Woodstock, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church with Rev. Kirk Bozeman officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Sosebee Funeral Home. Juanita was a member of Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church. She was a Sunday School Teacher, choir member, homemaker, bus driver, hung wallpaper and above all a witness for Christ. Juanita loved teaching her kids and grandkids how to cook, fish, garden and love. She always enjoyed gardening and could grow anything. She also loved canning, putting up food and playing the piano. Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, A. Dan Cook; survivors include her sons, Kem (Tammy) Cook, Steve (Kendra) Cook and Jeff (Danielle) Cook; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 270 Peachtree Street, Suite 1040, Atlanta, GA 30303 or online at www.kidney.org.
