McDaniel, Chickasha City Clerk, to Don Braffitt, "Limited information is available due to the cemetery records being destroyed in a fire in the late 1930's early 1940's. I am told attempts to recreate the records were minimal due to the fact that they did an inventory of headstones. Many headstones were unreadable or just non-existent. Therefore, if there was not a headstone at that time, no information was able to be obtained. However, this is what information (as little as it is) I located: C. H. Brooker is the owner of Block 13 Lot F and Clarance H. Brooker buried 5/12/29. C. H. Brooker is the owner of Block 14 Lot C. Nothing else is available on this."
