!NOTE: The Caroline E. Bird (born 1821) who married Abraham S. Grahl is probably not the daughter of Richard Bird and Elizabeth Westlake. The Asbury Bird Bible339 gives Caroline Bird's birth year as 1811 which is off by several years from the Caroline E. Bird who married Abraham S. Grahl. In addition, the oldest child of Caroline Bird and Zachariah S. Kelley was named Asbury. There really do appear to be 2 different Caroline Bird individuals. This record is for the Caroline Bird who married Zachariah S. Kelley.

!NOTE: This 2005 reference states that there is a single Caroline Bird who married both Grahl and Kelley. I believe there are 2 Caroline Bird individuals.

Zachariah was born in Rutheford County, NC in 1808 his parents were married 2 July 1807 in Rutherford County, NC. Do you have any info on what happened to Abraham S. Grahl Caroline's 1st husband, did they divorce or did he die, have no indication of what happened. Records indicate they had no children. My records show Zachariah and Caroline had at least 7 children, by the way Zachariah was the eldest of 12 Children. Have lots of info on the Kelley's.
